REV’s Priorities for 2026

REV is working with regulators, legislators, and other decision-makers to ensure that the increased renewable energy requirements of Vermont’s 100% Renewable Energy Standard are implemented efficiently and cost-effectively.

However, the passage of the so-called “Big, Beautiful Bill Act” presents both new challenges and new opportunities for Vermont’s renewable energy sector. By raising the prices of energy across the board, the BBBA will create opportunities for Vermont’s renewable energy sector to deliver affordable power from renewables to meet growing demand.
